Visuals Incorporated (AAV) is directed and managed with more than
23 years of professional experience in audio visual rentals and
staging. We have supervised successful audio visual presentations
in facilities of all sizes from breakout rooms to general sessions
and large, complex staged events. We have worked in hotels, public
facilities, convention centers and unique venues of all types. Our
expertise spans deliveries for multimedia presentations with slide
projectors in the late 70’s to staging events with digital
projectors and web casting in the new millennium.

after technical expertise in the country. We know your event depends
on the ability and expertise of technicians to creatively get the

Location:

Audio Visuals makes its corporate headquarters in the Washington
DC metropolitan area. We are located in Alexandria VA, just south
of Washington Reagan National Airport. We know that a successful
event starts with the successful delivery of equipment. Therefore,
we are strategically located closest to all of the major hotels
and the site of the new DC convention center. Currently we have
one of the largest warehouse sites near many northern Virginia and
downtown Washington DC hotels, museums and convention center. I
- 95 and the Capital beltway are all easily accessible for road
trips north and south. We have the best access to your event no
matter your choice of venue.
Equipment:
Our entire
inventory is brand new, state of the art equipment. Laptops and
Nextel Communication systems are also in our inventory. Our equipment
is thoroughly checked in and checked out before and after each event.
While some companies may consider this process labor intensive,
it is the best insurance that we can give our clients for receiving
the quality products you expect for your needs. We have the resources
and access to a wide range of equipment.
